This is the beautiful country side that surrounds La Hoya and Bombita. The cane fields, palm trees, and the mountains in the distance make for breath taking views, and can make you forget the poverty that lies in the towns. The people of the DR take such pride in the beauty of their lands, they are sure to point it out to you every chance they get.
