The goal of this blog is to increase the amount of information available to the public about COPA and the towns in which we work. I will be taking a picture and writing an accompanying blurb about it each day, and then I will post them on days I have access to the internet.

After it rains in La Hoya the kids come out to play bottle cap races.They each have a bottle cap and they float it down the gutter.It is really fun to see them playing such a fun and simple game.
